Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my fifth order from Neal's Yard US, and as usual, everything was great. I picked up some more English Lavender Bath & Shower Gel and also tried the Melissa Hand Cream this time. The lavender gel is always a favorite, and the hand cream is quite soothing. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, which is always a plus. It took about 6 days to get here in Portland, which is typical for them. I appreciate that their products are consistently high quality and the delivery is always reliable. It's why I keep coming back, even though there are other options out there. Never had an issue with an order yet.

Yeah, I returned a toner that made me break out. As long as it's not mostly used up, they're usually cool with it. Good customer service with returns, in my experience.

NYR feels a bit more premium and the ingredients list is usually 'cleaner' if that makes sense? I find their frankincense line way better than anything similar at TBS. Price point is a little higher though.

The scents are definitely more natural and less 'perfumey' than The Body Shop, I think. And I feel like the quality of the essential oils is better here. TBS has more variety for fun bath stuff, but for serious skincare, I lean NYR.
